3-4 pounds of responsibly raised, pastured meat from local farms every week (or every other week). We work exclusively with whole animals, so you’ll likely get cuts of meat you’ve never had before! Each pickup will contain a variety of beef, pork, and chicken from the following categories:
PRIME CUTS Dry-Aged Porterhouse, Flank Steak, Pork Chops, Chicken Breasts
ROASTS Beef Short Ribs, Pork Belly, Chicken Leg and Thigh
Each week we include recipes and cooking tips about the different cuts of meat you're receiving.

HOW IT WORKS
The Ends Meat Club is similar to a CSA. Membership runs for 12 weeks, starting November 9th, but can be joined at any time. Members choose either Full or Half Shares. Full Share members pick up meat every week and Half Share members pick up every other week. The cost for a Full Share is $480 ($40 per pickup) and a Half Share is $264 ($44 per pickup). Full payment by cash, check or credit card is due upon registration. Members pick up their shares every week (or every other week for Half Share members) on Wednesdays between 5pm and 8pm, or Saturdays 10-12 for Red Hook.
WHERE YOU PICK UP
We have four locations for pick up: Sunset Park, Williamsburg, Red Hook, and Park Slope. You must select one pickup location for the whole 12 week subscription period.
