Having been Wine & Beverage Director & Educator, for both Husk Restaurant, Charleston & Lilia Ristorante, Brooklyn  over the last 5 years. David has since then worked a full harvest in Napa to continue his wine education & is now collaborating with Ends Meat & other restaurants curating bespoke wine lists & pairings.
