SOMM DAVID SAWYER
For the past five years, David Sawyer has served as Wine and Beverage Director and Educator for Husk Restaurant in Charleston & Lilia Ristorante in Brooklyn. Recently, David has spent time working a full harvest in Napa in order to continue his wine education. Currently he collaborating with Ends Meat, as well as other restaurants, to curate bespoke wine lists and pairings.
