100% Grass-fed Beef from Thistle Creek Farms central PA.

We trim our 30-40 day aged standing rib roast to be boneless except for the rib. On average each rib is two inches and weights approximately 2 pounds. Our portioning starts at two rib bones, and incrementally increases per rib bone -up to six bones. Be aware we do work with animals that vary in size this affects the final weight and there may be fluctuations of 1/2 pound on either side.

Price per pound is $46. The deposit will be applied to the total at pickup.
